Christmas Display at the Bellagio by elliott on Blogster

Last year I posted the Desiderata which addressed the hustle and bustle we all experience in a season supposedly of peace, joy, hope, and love. This year I want simply to display a few pictures I took at the Bellagio in Las Vegas last week during a little vacation I got to take with wife, seeing the older son and his younger daughter. Unfortunately, I forgot my digital camera and bought a disposable and so the pictures displayed don't do justice to the beauty of the display at the Bellagio!!

I wanted to post pics of grandchildren, but I need to downsize them, so maybe in another post I can display the real beauty in my life.

Merry Christmas, Hazel, after a long absence from blogster.com, which I have missed, but have been very busy with family, friends, and extra load through the church, including teaching responsibilities as a Stephen Leader, which takes quite a lot of preparation time, as you know!

I was amazed to see the 10 different poinsettia types displayed in and around the magnificent display at the Bellagio. I went back the next day with a disposable camera, I was so impressed when viewing it the day before.

Yes, the leaping fountains were synchronized with the music that was played by a digital computer player. It really added to the festivities around the area, although I can't say I would live in Las Vegas myself!![THUMBUP]

NOW THE ICE ONLY LASTED A DAY AND WARM 40 NEXT DAY MELTING ALL THE SNOW BUT THAT RUN DOWN THE HILL MADE ME FEEL GREAT AFTER 2 MESSAGE TREATMENTS ON MY BACK I WAS READY TO TAKE OFF AGAIN, THANK GOD FREE MY GIRL MESSAGE THERAPIST AND GAVE ME EXERCISES AND WAS ABLE TO MAKE IT OUT TO CASINO ON BUS THEY MISS ME HOME SO MUCH LET ME WIN $65.00 HAHAHA[SMILE][SMILE][SMILE][HEART][HEART]

This display was spectacular! I am in the process of trying to get some grandchildren pictures together to formulate a memory book with collages of these in a hardbound book, so will have some to post here also. This may take a while, as I seem to get distracted often. Best regards![THUMBUP][HEART]

...Just stopping by to see if you had posted anything new. Blogster has changed quite a bit recently. I hope they'll allow blogs to be customized a bit better soon. Ellliott I hope you get this, you are one of my Christian buddies. I am having a biopsy this Thursday for my Temporal Arteritis. The sed rate was very elevated so need it done now! I am on high steroids for me. Send a prayer up for me please. Yours in Christ, Hazel
